What kind of sanitizers are compatible with Flaco?

Flaco is a flexible product that understands the reality of the people who use it. We know how busy you are, and our goal is to make your life easier. That’s why every hydroalcoholic gel on the market is compatible with Flaco. Simply fill the bottle that came with your purchase.

Can I leave Flaco outdoors even in winter?

Yes, the quality of Flaco is unbeatable, as it was designed to withstand the harsh temperatures of Quebec. From its design and materials to its parts and finish, it is designed to age well with you, and we promise that it will be just as happy indoors as it is outdoors!

Why did you create yet another sanitizing gel dispenser?

Flaco’s creator, Etienne Gratton Bourret, is also a restaurant co-owner. When the pandemic hit in March 2020 and he had to find a hand sanitizer dispenser, he couldn’t find anything that would give his customers a welcome worthy of the experience he wanted them to have. For Etienne, something like a hand sanitizer dispenser should enhance the way people are welcomed into a business, not the other way around. After all, it’s one of the first things the customer will see. 

That’s why he created Flaco, an elegant solution focused on quality design and durability. Designed, created and manufactured in Montreal, Flaco responds to the new reality of business, without compromising the customer experience that owners have spent so much time building.

I just received my Flaco, what steps should I take to assemble it properly?

Here are some important things to keep in mind when assembling and using your Flaco: 

  1. To fill your Flaco with antiseptic gel: unscrew the screw on the back of the Flaco with a star screwdriver. You can then remove the head, take out the bottle and fill it with the antiseptic solution of your choice. 
  2. To adjust the amount of antiseptic gel given at each use: Simply unscrew or screw the adjustment ring of the pump.
  3. To dispense the antiseptic gel: Place your hands under the head of the Flaco and press down on the pedal with your foot.
  4. To move the dispenser: Hold the dispenser by the tube with both hands. Do not move the dispenser by the head, and do not drag the dispenser on the floor.

Can I customize the Flaco to my company's image?

How much antiseptic gel can a Flaco hold?

The integrated bottle in the Flaco has a capacity of one liter, and once filled, your Flaco contains 1,100 doses of antiseptic gel. So that there are no surprises, you can monitor the progress of the gel level with the level indicator on the back of the product.

Flaco has been designed so that each pedal stroke releases an optimal and uniform amount of disinfectant into the palm. However, you can adjust this amount by simply screwing or unscrewing the adjustment ring on the pump.
